Click & Collect 

All order placed online for aftercare will be available for Click & Collect 2-3 working days from order (Tuesday-Saturday). All orders are to be collected from the salon address - Rear of 34 John Street, Porthcawl. Please wait for your email confirming that your order is ready prior to arriving at the salon.

Returns

If you wish to make a return please notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and undamaged. You have an additional 14 days to return your product(s) to us from notifying us of your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns should be sent or drooped off at Parris Hair Extensions, 34 John Street, Porthcawl, CF36 3BA.

Refunds 

After we receive your return our team will inspect the items and process your refund within 10 days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method minus any shipping costs. If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
